If you find your device is continuously activating alarms, this is usually due to a stored alarm on the device.
If a device is shut down after receiving a prompt (Fall Detection/SOS button push) to raise an alarm, it will store this alarm/s until next switched on and loaded. Once this is noticed, please inform the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Controller of this to let them know that you are safe and well, then contact Customer Support on 0800 990 3562 (Monday to Friday 8am- 6:30pm) who will be able to clear any stored alarms on the device and reset it to normal function.
