Though you can view some details of alarms through our 'Comprehensive Activity Report', if you wish to request a full breakdown and/or the audio recordings of an SOS Alarm, please contact: customer.suppport@peoplesafe.co.uk. Please provide the unit serial number or telephone number along with the users name and date/time that the SOS Alarm was raised, if you wish to request the audio recordings please also state this. When this is received by our support team, they will complete an internal process to gain the reviewed details and recordings and will provide a response accordingly.
