From the 'Home' page, select ‘Manage Accounts’, select ‘Existing Accounts’. When shown the list, select the yellow pen icon to enter the relevant sub- account. Select ‘Accounts’, then select ‘Login Management’ Select ‘Add New Login’. Enter the same details into all fields (Example: JDoe.01). select ‘Force Password Change upon Login’, 'Save', then send to the relevant individual. Please be aware that we require 8 characters, one capital letter, one digit, one special character (. , @) for our passwords to be secure.
