Units have to be within the same account as the user you wish to link. The unit also has to be un-assigned from any users within the account. From the 'Home' page go to 'Manage Units' then 'Existing Units' and enter the unit serial into the search bar. Take note of whether the unit is linked to a user and which account it is located in. If already linked, use the man with the mobile phone icon to un-link the device. Then navigate to 'Manage Users' then 'Existing Users' and find the username in the list, ensure both the unit and user are within the same account then link by using the man with the mobile phone icon.
