From the 'Home' page select ‘View Reports’, select the ‘Usage/Non-Usage’ tab. Under Tracked Usage select ‘Non-Usage Report’. Enter the time frame in the fields provided and tick ‘Include Sub-accounts’ to load all users. Select the users from the list or click ‘Select All’, then select ‘Generate Report’ to show the data in the screen.
The report will generate the users who did not create any activity during the date range entered.
