If the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) have stated that they do not have your name or personal details upon alarm activation, please contact your manager or someone with access to our Customer Service Centre (CSC) platform, to create a user profile for you and link this to your device.
These details are so important as they notify our ARC of who you are and what to do in the event of an emergency alarm, please ensure these are updated should your details change for any reason.
