We call this type of profile a 'Shared User Profile' and a few basic changes need to be made to the profile as below. We recommend that each time a user takes the device, that they leave a voice memo through the call button 1 to state who is using the device. If a voice memo is left with the current users name, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) controller will know which of the users assigned to the device has raised the alarm.

Telephone*(Office telephone or a number all users can be reached by)
Email* (Manager email or email they all can be reached by)
Not required: Gender/Date of Birth/Blood Type/ Description
Job Title* (if they share a job title put this, however you can generalise)
Important Information* (BOTH THE USERS FULL NAMES WITH THEIR PERSONAL/WORK TELEPHONE NUMBERS TO BE LISTED HERE AND ANY MEDICAL INFORMATION)
